Fabric Set: Quarter Log Cabin Cushion Cover (amirisu 25)

Yuko Sugie loves making large blanket quilts, but for amirisu Issue 25 she designed something smaller — a quilted cushion cover that can instantly transform your living space.

In this project she uses a technique called Quilt As You Go that lets you do quilting while piecing the top. The quilt top, batting, and lining are worked simultaneously which significantly speeds up the process. For the back side, the colors are reversed for a different look.
