Moonrise features colorwork sleeves inspired by a much-loved jacquard coat. With a simple shape, v-neck, and oversized fit, it's a perfect cardigan to throw over any outfit for an extra layer of warmth. Knit yours with Shelter or Tones from Brooklyn Tweed for a worsted cardigan that is surprisingly lightweight.
Body is worked flat from the bottom up in three separate pieces. After seaming the sides and shoulders, stitches are picked up around the armholes and each sleeve is worked in the round down to the cuff with a section of colorwork. Stitches are picked along the fronts and back neck to work the button bands before buttons are attached.
